The Rossmoyne Waters development incorporated three distinct living arrangements within a single complex – each with different structural and services requirements – reflecting the range of aged care typologies we have delivered.

Our portfolio includes the $30M East Fremantle Oval redevelopment – a community and recreation hub with complex structural design, an intricate multilayered facade and significant bulk earthworks on a challenging site – alongside the proposed Busselton Jetty Village and Marine Discovery Centre, and multiple sporting pavilions and community centres across Western Australia.

Hospitals, clinics, hospices and health precincts are among the most services-intensive buildings in any sector. The engineering must accommodate complex mechanical systems, medical gas reticulation, infection control requirements and clinical workflows – all within strict regulatory frameworks and environments where occupant wellbeing is the primary design driver.

Our health projects range from regional hospital extensions in Carnarvon and Exmouth – where remote logistics compound every design decision – to the $30M Western Australian Children's Hospice, a purpose-built palliative care facility delivered with Hesperia, Hassell and Encon. Our multi-discipline capability is particularly relevant in health projects, where the coordination between structural, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems is critical to clinical function.

From boutique four-storey walk-ups to full-height residential towers, we deliver structural engineering for multi-residential projects across the complete range of construction systems – post-tensioned concrete, precast walls, lightweight steel framing and hybrid forms. Each project demands an understanding of the structural efficiencies available for the specific building height, site constraints and construction programme.

Our portfolio includes the Fringe, Camilla and Viridian apartment buildings, 20 Hastings Street with Hillam Architects, the $150M Precinct Apartments and the $45M Smith Street Community Housing with Tetris Capital and Architectus. In London, our team's prior experience includes the Lots Road Chelsea Waterfront (ten buildings including a 37-storey riverside tower), the Aberfeldy Village masterplan in east London (1,575 homes), Goodmayes (1,280 units with transfer structures over an operating supermarket) and the 245 Warwick Road development in Kensington.

We have particular depth in hospitality venues within existing and heritage buildings – projects where the engineering must respond sensitively to existing fabric, accommodate fast-paced programmes and deliver commercially while neighbouring tenants continue to trade.

The Beaufort, the Old Synagogue, Flight Club, the Yagan Square Stories complex, the Fremantle Courthouse Bar & Restaurant and the Murray Street heritage retail strip – Each involved working within an existing structure – often heritage-listed – to deliver a viable hospitality or retail outcome through careful strengthening, adaptation and services integration. Our retail portfolio also extends to larger-format projects including Ellenbrook and Dayton shopping centres, as well as luxury retail fitouts for Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Hugo Boss and Gucci on Perth's Murray Street.
