Structural Engineering
Our structures and civils team can deliver any building type and specialise in finding the most cost effective option for the given brief. We work closely with the design team and contractor to ensure our designs are compatible and efficient.
We pride ourselves on providing director led services throughout the project stages, ensuring continuity of project knowledge and the ability to benefit from our directors deep knowledge of both the UK and overseas markets.
We take sustainability seriously and resilience to climate change is embedded in our design, resulting in buildings that are sustainable, adaptable and flexible. We look for innovative solutions that benefit both the planet and the clients cost plan such as reuse of existing structures and foundations, as well as materially efficient design solutions. We prioritise MMC and recycled material where possible.
We are expert in projects presenting complex geotechnical, sustainability, deep basement, high rise and operational challenges. We operate in a 3D BIM environment ensuring we can meet all demands across the complete lifecycle of a project.
Our civils team ensure planning requirements around drainage are met and follow this up with sensitive and efficient drainage and external works design solutions.

Building Services Engineering
We listen to our clients needs and deliver coordinated and sensitive building services designs that not only meet complex regulatory standards but consider the day to day user experience of the buildings we design. We work closely with suppliers to ensure best in market technology and system integration principles are applied, with budget costing and product lead times kept up to date though the design process. We meet and where possible strive to exceed minimum sustainability benchmarks, aware of the links between increased sustainability in design and occupier enjoyment of their surroundings.
