Central Park — one of Perth's most iconic CBD towers and home to Rio Tinto's state headquarters — underwent a technically demanding facade replacement across its full 40-storey envelope. As facade engineer with Woods Bagot and specialist contractor Duratec; FORTH undertook comprehensive investigation of the existing facade; developed new cladding details; and managed the access and live-building constraints inherent in a major high-rise upgrade.
