The Roy Hill office in West Perth refurbished and extended an existing commercial building for Cox Architecture. FORTH provided structural and facade engineering; assessing the existing structure and designing new facade elements to deliver a refreshed; contemporary workplace for Roy Hill's operational team. The completed project is a well-resolved commercial refurbishment on Perth's western CBD fringe.
