The Elders Woolstores is a heritage-listed Fremantle building being transformed by Hesperia into a vibrant mixed-use precinct of office; retail; townhouses; and restaurants. FORTH is providing structural and civil engineering; with sensitive solutions to support the adaptive reuse of a significant industrial heritage building. Currently in design; it will be a landmark contribution to Fremantle's urban renewal.
