The Phillimore Street development adds new floors above a heritage building and a new basement car park beneath it — an exceptionally complex engineering challenge. FORTH is providing structural engineering alongside Spaceagency; with ingenuity required to achieve a contemporary addition while fully protecting the integrity of the heritage structure. The project is currently in design.
