The Beaufort
The Beaufort is a former warehouse transformed into a celebrated hospitality destination by Studio Roam. FORTH provided structural and MEP engineering for the adaptive reuse; sensitively assessing and strengthening the heritage warehouse fabric while integrating contemporary building services. Completed in 2022; The Beaufort is now one of Perth's most admired hospitality transformations.
