The ACP cladding replacement at 240 St Georges Terrace was a critical safety-driven upgrade to an established CBD office building. FORTH provided facade engineering; assessing the existing structure and developing a practical replacement cladding solution deliverable within the constraints of an operational commercial building. The completed works bring the building up to contemporary fire safety standards on Perth's premier business street.
