The historic Manning Buildings in Fremantle received a high-quality contemporary fitout within a significant heritage structure. FORTH provided all-discipline engineering; coordinating heritage conservation requirements with the demands of a modern commercial fitout alongside Cox Architecture. Completed in 2021; the Manning Buildings are a fine example of sensitive heritage reactivation in the Fremantle CBD.
